You will need various types of flowers in Disney Dreamlight Valley for a couple of purposes. It could either be for use as a crafting material for various items. Or, it could be one of the quest items that a certain NPC requested.

One type of flower in the game is sunflowers, and if you don’t know where to find them, this guide is for you.

How to Find Sunflowers in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Sunflowers are bright, cheerful, and show up in a very specific spot in the world that most players learn pretty quickly after spending way too much time scavenging every meadow for them.

Since they aren’t spread all over the valley like daisies or other flowers, knowing the exact location makes farming them way less annoying.

That said, sunflowers only spawn in one place which is Dazzle Beach. Head straight to the sun-bleached sand and you’ll find them poking up amidst the other flowers.

Dazzle Beach is the tropical biome which you unlock after progressing through the valley and spending Dreamlight to clear out Night Thorns in that region.

Once it’s open, you can start collecting sunflowers there.

On the beach, sunflowers won’t be packed in giant fields like real life. Usually, you’ll find a handful (around 3–5 at a time) mixed in with hydrangea of various colors. Just wander along the sandy edges and pick any you see.

Sunflowers share their spawn slots with Hydrangea flowers on Dazzle Beach. So if you clear flowers and then wait at a distance, the game might respawn a bunch of Hydrangea before sunflowers show up.

Picking all flowers you see helps refresh the pool faster and gives you the best shot at a sunflower spawn.

I also recommend scouring the grassy patches near caves and little corners of the beach, as sunflowers sometimes spawn in spots that aren’t super obvious at first glance.

You can also sell them at Goofy’s Stall for 28 Star Coins each, but most players find it better to save them for crafting and gifting.

Giving flowers like sunflowers to valley residents also boosts friendship, which is nice when you’re grinding levels for rewards and quests.
