The new Disney Dreamlight Valley excites sim-type game lovers as they unfold the game mechanics and features. As expected to a sim-type, adventure game, it will surely involve a lot of character-to-character interactions, explorations of different map areas, doing quests, and even establishing friendships with other characters.

Since Disney Dreamlight Valley is still a newly released game, there are still a lot of things that will be unveiled in the future updates and patches. However, our current patch already has some interesting hacks and tips to let you enjoy the game even more while also maximizing your time playing it.

In this guide, we will tell you every secret tip that you must know at this point while playing Disney Dreamlight Valley.

Secret Tips You Should Know About in Disney Dreamlight Valley

To help you throughout the whole game process while you play Disney Dreamlight Valley, here are some of the tips to help you enjoy the game more.

Layout Your Whole Valley

As you already know, once you arrive in this valley, you are the one in-charge in taking care of it and in maintaining the harmony, hence all the quests you are going to finish. Having said that, you have all the control in the valley, including the positioning of everything in the map.

Simply go to the Furniture tab and scroll up and down to scan each and every building or resources. You can use this to strategize on how you can maximize the space of the valley. Even the buildings that are built beforehand can be repositioned.

You can use this to your advantage. For example, place all the foraging resources in one place. This way, it will be easier for you to finish gathering the specific resources you will need.

Reposition Your House

This one is somehow related to the first one. However, it is more focused on the positioning of your house. The point of this one is to reposition your house near the biome that will be beneficial to your farming experience. Plus, it would also be better if your house is located somewhere near Goofy’s cart so that the items will be more accessible.

Maximizing the Wishing Well

You may think that this is cheating, but you actually need to think it over! This is just using a hundred percent of your brain.

By this time, you might actually already know that the purpose of the wishing well is not to grant your wishes but to take from one place to another—in short, as a portal. If you think about this, it can actually be put to a better use especially when going to places with blockage or areas that are hard to travel to.

Just use the editing option in the Furniture tab and reposition the wishing well to the other side to easily cross the area.

Gold Boost

The next tip for you is an advantage for your financial state and is perfect if you enjoy cooking than farming in-game.

You also have to reposition some of the buildings for this one. For this tip, you will be needing the Remy Restaurant, Goofy’s Cart, and one stove outside the restaurant. All you have to do is buy ingredients inside Remy’s Restaurant and cook a soufflé. If you have coal, it will greatly help if you use this to instantly cook the dish. After cooking some, you can immediately sell it to Goofy’s cart.

Finish Pixar Fest

The Pixar Fest is a major Star Path event in Disney Dreamlight Valley. The goal is to collect Pixar Balls by finishing certain tasks. In doing and finishing all the assigned tasks, you will be rewarded with premium items exclusive for the players who have finished all the duties during this event.

The Overwatch seasons last two months and for every season there is a battle pass that includes various rewards, such as character skins, weapons, etc. The battle is an important asset of every online shooter game since it helps players to upgrade their game and characteristics.

The True Cost of The Overwatch 2 Battle Pass | Is the Battle Pass Worth it

There are two tiers of the battle pass, one that is free, and one which is premium. The free tier includes the following items: Kiriko (available at tier 55), 2 Legendary skins, 2 weapon charms, 2 souvenirs, 1 Highlight intro and 15 additional items such as sprays, emotes etc.

How long does it take to get to level 55?

When asked how long does it take to unlock all the heroes, commercial lead Jon Spector said:

“The reason why we put Kiriko at tier 55 instead of 80 on the free track, is that we really want our players to unlock all the characters, we are not trying to put them far out of reach or make it really hard for the typical players out there.”

Jon Spector

If you are a more hard-core player, and your goal is to unlock Kiriko as fast as possible you are able to reach that milestone in the first few weeks. If you are a casual player, you would be able to reach Kiriko a little bit later, but well before the season ends.

The True Price of the Premium Battle Pass

The second one, the premium battle pass is richer with loot, with immediate access to Kiriko, and other heroes, a battle pass boost of 15%, a mythic skin, 5 legendary skins, 2 epic skins, 3 play of the game intros, 4 weapon charms, 3 emotes and souvenirs, 6 poses and name cards, 8 player icons, 11 voice lines and 12 sprays.

It costs 1000 Overwatch coins which is the in-game premium currency. You can either earn that currency with in-game challenges or you can buy it with real-life money. Note that the challenges are limited and you can earn up to 540 coins per season if you complete all the challenges.

So, you would need to complete all challenges for two seasons to earn a battle pass. 500 coins are worth $5, and 1000 coins are worth $10. If you do the math, you would come to the conclusion that you would need to spend money to get the premium battle pass.

If you play regularly, and complete challenges earning those 540 coins per season, it means that you would have to pay 30$ per year to unlock all premium battle passes from all the seasons.

If you buy the premium battle passes you would spend $60 a year, which is not much but for the average player who is playing a free-to-play game, it’s not really bad because the game doesn’t lock all the heroes so it is possible to earn all the heroes through the free battle pass tier, although you would have to put a lot of time in the game.
