Before we dive into how to farm for gear, there are a couple of tips and tricks you should know about.

First off, don’t ignore the Occultist, Blacksmith, and Jeweler. These NPCs will allow you to upgrade the gear you already have, which makes you rely on the random chance a tad less.

The Occultist allows you to slot Legendary modifiers on your gear, increasing its power and rarity.

The Jeweler will instead allow you to socket different gems into your gear, boosting your stats. They also allow you to upgrade accessories directly.

Lastly, the Blacksmith will allow you to upgrade your armor pieces as well. This will increase its stats, but it does get expensive later on.

Additionally, make sure to trade with a Purveyor of Curiosities often. You can spend your Murmuring Obols to basically “gamble” for new items. With some luck, you will get amazing gear!

Moving on, let’s go over some good early farming spots.

Where to Farm the Best Gear

The two best dungeons to farm currently are the Dead Man’s Dredge and the Caldera Gate.

The Caldera Gate can be found in the northwestern section of Kyovashad. On the other hand, the Dead Man’s Dredge is found in the southeastern corner of Kyovashad.

Both dungeons usually don’t take long to complete, while also providing you with a solid chance to get rare and legendary gear.

On top of that, both dungeons frequently have events. Make sure to complete the events to get more Murmuring Obolos for the Purveyor of Curiosities!

Of course, the effectiveness of these dungeons for farming will depend heavily on your luck. Consider trying out different dungeons if you find yourself getting bad drops.

Nonetheless, the key is to find a dungeon you can complete quickly and easily. The two dungeons we mentioned should work for most players, but feel free to try others if they don’t work for you.

When you find a dungeon you can beat comfortably and where you get good gear, just keep beating it repeatedly until you’re satisfied.
