The Hungering Bone Cache quest is one that you get to unlock once you reach level 8. Your main goal here is to go and find werewolves, defeat them, and retrieve death anima.
To do this, you have to travel all the way to The Brinewood where the werewolves spawn.

As you can see from the world map, The Brinewood is located in the southwestern part. This means you have to pass through different regions which are all inhabited by different types of enemies.
After slaying the werewolves, some of them will drop these green orbs which are the death anima that you have to collect. Just hunt werewolves around this area to gather enough death anima to complete the quest.
