Best Ways to Get Horadic Gems in Season 14
If you want to absolutely min max your fragment income, Seer’s Reach remains the most efficient dedicated gem farming dungeon available. Rush to the final boss, kill it, loot and reset. It is a fast repeatable loop that has been the go to method since Season 13 and still holds up in Season 14.
That said, Season 14 significantly buffed gem fragment drops across the board, which means other dungeons are now genuinely viable alternatives if you want to mix things up.

If you find yourself getting tired of running Seer’s Reach on loop, switching to other dungeons will still give you a strong fragment output without feeling like you are falling behind.
How to Get Horadic Gems
Horadric Gems and Flawless Horadric Gems do not drop naturally in the world. Both need to be crafted at the Horadric Cube using the Amalgamation Recipe. Combine five Grand Gems of the same type to produce one Horadric Gem.
Then combine five of those Horadric Gems to craft a single Flawless Horadric Gem. That means one Flawless Horadric Gem requires 25 Grand Gems of the same type in total, so building up your stockpile takes some consistent effort.
The Jeweler
Grand Gems do drop out in the world but they are rare enough that you cannot rely on natural drops alone to build a meaningful stockpile. The more reliable route is converting Royal Gems into Grand Gems at the Jeweler.
Most of the time you will be accumulating Gem Fragments rather than full gems, and the Jeweler lets you convert those fragments between types and work your way up the tiers.
Gem Conversions
The big change in Season 14 is that gem conversion now uses only two gem types and returns exactly what you put in with zero fragment loss.
This is a massive improvement over Season 13 where repeated conversions could eat a significant percentage of your total stockpile. Farm any fragment type you find and convert freely into whatever your build actually needs.
