In this guide, we’ll tell you everything you need to know to get rid of the annoying red mist.

In case you didn’t notice, this annoying mist is generated by some sort of statue every time. Although this statue might have been a living being at some point, you can still hear its wails.

Nonetheless, it’s the source of the red mist and you must destroy it if you wish to progress!

These evil statues can only be destroyed by using a Portable UV Beam, which is one of the many weapon types available in the game.

Sadly, this weapon is treated just like any other weapon. That means that it has no set location and is found by complete random chance.

You will have to loot everywhere, visit every shop, and make good use of the armory inside your base. We hope it doesn’t take you too long to find one, but RNG can be cruel sometimes.

Once you’ve acquired a UV Beam, just point it at the foul statue and shoot it. You will hear the statue scream and wail in pain, proving that it still has some sort of life inside of it.

The mist will dissipate once the screaming ceases. This is your cue to finish off the statue by shooting it with any other weapon! This will prevent the red mist from coming back.

Congrats, now you know how to clear the red mist every single time it bothers you! This will give you access to more areas of the town.
