Tower of Fantasy has foods that will recover the health and satiety of your character in the game. Satiety will help you recover while you are out of combat. Learn what food to craft and where you can get the materials that are needed to prepare it.

Ultimate Food Crafting Guide in Tower of Fantasy

Crafting food in Tower of Fantasy requires you to go to these 4-legged machines. To craft, you must use 15 materials to learn the recipe successfully. However, keep in mind that you cannot just put anything to make food.

An example is making Strawberry soda that will require you to have 2 strawberries, 2 honey and 1 water. With these amounts of ingredients, you will only reach 35% completion. To achieve 100%, you can add water until it comes to 15 to make 100%.

In farming ingredients or materials in the game, you will find plants that do not have fruits or things. This is because the game is set in a shared world, and somebody has already harvested the material before you.

But there is a way around this. Change your server to find plants that have not been harvested. Pro-tip: always grab honey it is because it is most needed in crafting foods.

Ultimate Foods

The 4 ultimate foods that are easy to make are as follow:

First is the Balloon Fruit Salad that will need 2 Balloon fruit, 2 Thornmato, 1 Salad Dressing. To learn it, give more salad dressing to reach 100% in learning the recipe. It can recover 10 satiety and 16% + 34,000 HP.

The second is Firedragon Fruit Tea, which will need 2 Firedragon fruit and 2 Honey. To learn the recipe, add 4 Firedragon fruit, 2 Honey, and 7 Water. It will recover 10 satiety and give off flame attack +1% and flame attack +80 within 900 seconds.

The third is Steamed Egg with Sea Urchin, which requires 2 Sea Urchin and 2 Poultry Egg. To learn the recipe at 100%, you need to use 2 Sea Urchin, 2 Poultry Egg, and 11 Water. This gives 10 satiety and recovers 15% + 20,000 HP.

The last food is Nut Tea. It requires 1 Hazelnut, 2 Pinecone, and 2 Honey. To learn the recipe, use 1 Hazelnut, 2 Pinecone, 2 Honey, and the rest is water. It will recover 20 satiety and 20% + 60,000 HP.
