It goes without saying that Mythic weapons are highly sought-after in Fortnite. After all, they boast excellent stats and have the ability to turn the tides of battle in the right hands. With each season adding new Mythic weapons to the mix, it’s not surprising that a handful of them are introduced in Season 3.

While this season features Mythic weapons scattered across various locations, the catch is that they’re a bit more challenging to find. If you’re scratching your head thinking about where they’re located, then this guide is for you.

All Mythic Weapons Locations Chapter 3 Season 3 in Fortnite

You can find four different Mythic weapons in Season 3, all of which can be found in level two chests. Despite that, their drop rate is quite low, so you’ll have to spend a bit more time looking for them. These weapons are as follows:

  • Auto Shotgun
  • Heavy Sniper Rifle
  • Ranger Assault Rifle
  • Striker Pump Shotgun

How to Obtain these Mythic Weapons

Compared to previous seasons where you need to defeat AI bosses to obtain mythic weapons, Season 3 is a bit different. Instead, you’ll need to plan Reality Saplings via Reality Seeds. You can obtain these seeds by heading over to the Reality Falls POI and destroying those purple plants you see within the area.

After gathering enough seeds, simply plant them into the ground and wait for them to grow. You will notice a weeding timer on the left side of the map. Once it reaches zero, you can check your sapling and pluck the weeds. Doing so will upgrade the potential loot you can get.

However, you have to wait a bit more time to loot the fruit. It will take a while as the rarity of the potential loot goes up from Uncommon to Mythic. Also, other players can loot the fruits, so it’s best to plant them somewhere else where other players can’t find them.

Just keep on pulling the weed on the sapling’s fruits in order to guarantee a mythic weapon as a reward.
