1. Complete Thaldraszus Campaign

You need to accomplish this quest campaign before you move on to the step. The Thaldraszus campaign is a set of quests that takes place in Thaldraszus.

2. You will get the “Moving On” Quest

The “Moving On” quest requires you to speak with Alexstrasza at the Seat of the Aspects in Valdrakken.

3. Turn in the Quest with Alextrasza

Accomplishing the “Moving On” quest will get you Life-Binder’s Brand, along with 84 gold and 27 silver.

After you do these simple 3 steps, bring up your map and you will see that you have unlocked World Quests.
