Last Epoch has seen a big increase in sales recently on Steam. With so many people buying the game, there are bound to be some that don’t end up enjoying it that much. Luckily for those players, Steam allows you to refund games.
Refunding a game through Steam will give you back the whole amount you paid for a game. So, how do you do it?
How to Refund Last Epoch
You can refund the game directly through Steam’s client. First, you will need to go to your library of games and find Last Epoch.
Once you click on the game, you can find the Support option below the Play option. This is also shown in the image above.
Clicking on it will lead you to another menu. Over here you can find multiple options all relating to problems you might be having with the game. For refunds, you can click on “It’s not what I expected”.
The Support menu can also be used for other issues you might be having with the game. Gameplay issues like item pickups not working, or low performance are all fixable.
From here you can finally request a refund. When requesting a refund, you will have the option of either refunding the amount to your card or your Steam account.
Other than that you will also need to say what the reason for your refund is. There will be a drop-down menu from where you can select the reason related to you. You can also add a few comments to explain why you want to refund the game.
Normally, the game should get refunded if you purchased the game less than 2 weeks ago and played less than 2 hours. Sometimes Valve might also make exceptions in your favor, depending on your case.
