Unicorn Overlord: All Items Explained

In any strategy game, like Unicorn Overlord, you should know how to use all items, and here we expose the list, explained. Items are resources, and knowing how to exploit them can elevate your war plans.

Your whole campaign can depend on a few sets of items, and learning everything about them can give you an upper hand.

As it is now, there are a lot of items available in the game that can be consumed or used on the battlefield. Strategies such as barricades can let you manipulate the enemy’s movement and defend other units. Try to always keep in mind the uses of all you have in hand and take advantage of them.

All Items Available in Unicorn Overlord Explained

As we mentioned before, there are a lot of items in Unicorn Overlord, and here is the list with the function of every single one:

Healing Tonic

Restores HP to a single combat unit, depending on its size. This is a healing item that is pretty easy to use and straightforward. You have probably already used thousands of these.

Novice Military Treatise

Grant an extra 50 EXP to a selected ally. If they are level 10 or below, grant them 3x EXP. As a rare item, you can use it a lot, but it’s a very decent way to level up some units faster.

Hallowed Corne Ash

You can use these ashes to gain 2 Valor Points. You could prevent your defeat with this item. Use it only when you are about to lose, andb you have a real shot at winning.

Revival Orb

Revive an incapacitated combatant and health 25% of their max HP. Whenever a unit passes out, you can bring it back from its ashes with this.

Grilled Steak

Restores 5 points of stamina to any unit. Stamina is an important resource in battle for every unit, and having a way to restore it is key.

Camping Set

Revive any incapacitated allied units in range and grant 30 HP and 2 Stamina. If you lose any units during combat, you can revive the whole team in no time with a bit of HP.

Defensive Draught

Decrease the damage taken by the user by 30%. You can use this consumable when you really need an extra helping hand and you are fighting with a low-defense combatant.

Light Tailfeather

Double the mobility of all allied units in range for 30 seconds. Moving faster can mean two teams, beating your enemies faster, or reaching a key enemy unit before you have to fight any other units.

Beckoning Chime

All enemy units move towards the user for 10 seconds. Does not affect enemies in towns, forts, or bases. You could use this with a full tank unit and distract a set of enemies while you plan what to do on the battlefield. Nonetheless, it can be a very deadly item.

Magic Mine

Deploy a magic mine. If you are facing a lot of enemies, you should consider using traps, such as this, on the battlefield.

Dew of Strength

This is a consumable, and there are a lot like this one that can enhance the natural stats of any unit. In this case, you can enhance the Phys. Attack of any target by one.

Healing Font

Restores HP to all the units in the field, depending on their size. If you are in a pinch, this is a very useful item, especially if your healer is overworked.

Smoked Nuts

It restores some stamina to the user. Stamina is key in this game if you want to win, so you should keep an eye on it.

Silver Hourglass

Shorten the waiting time of the user’s unit. In other words, you can use your units earlier, which could really change the course of any battle.

Empowering Draught

Increase the damage dealt by the user by 30%. Higher damage means an easier victory, or just a victory if you are losing and you need a miracle.

Liquid Fortune

Double the EXP and the gold gained by the user by 20 seconds. You can use this on multiple combatants to gain levels and get yourself a little treasure faster.

Beckoning Bell

Any targeted enemy unit will move toward the user for 10 seconds. Does not affect the enemies in towns, forts, or bases. If you are willing to fully tank a unit or if you want to kill a weak enemy faster, use it. This item can be used in multiple ways.

Holy Herb

Allied units recover 50% of their HP at the end of the battle. With a few of these herds, you can save a lot on other healing items. It’s very useful if you’re having a hard time.

Concealing cloak

Allied units cannot be detected by enemies for 20 seconds. There are multiple ways you can use this item to your advantage. However, we suggest you use it when you need to run.

Conveyance Stone

Teleports the user’s unit to a designated allied facility. You can see this item as a fast-travel stone.

Mantlet Kit

Deploys a mantle in the designated area. You can make a lot of defenses in this game, and a mantle kit is one of the many possibilities.

Magic Bomb

Damage all units and traps in a designated area. Enemies can use traps too, so you can either avoid them or destroy them before reaching them.

Farsight Crystal

Improve visibility by rendering enemy units in range detectable for 30 seconds. As you can guess, you will be able to see enemies before they can see you. Plan ahead and use it when you think you are missing something.

Barricade Kit

Deploy a barricade at a designated location. You can use barricades to protect locations and slow down enemy units.

Steel Trap

Deploy a steel trap in any designated location. Like the Magic Trap, you can use this as a trap on the battlefield if you are facing too many enemies.
