Expeditions Mudrunner: How to Make Money Fast

Money in Expeditions Mudrunner can be used for several different things, like vehicle upgrades or equipment. You can earn money by simply playing the game and completing the various expeditions, but what if you want to earn money fast?

Fortunately, there are ways in which you can earn a lot of money very quickly. We will be looking at a great way for you to earn money very fast in Expeditions Mudrunner.

How to Make Money Fast

The first thing that you need to do is go into the free roam mode in Little Colorado. You will need to select a good truck to take with you onto the map.

Just select the truck you are most comfortable with. You need to make sure that the vehicle you select has a good amount of inventory slots on it. Other than that, also make sure that the truck you take with you has nothing equipped.

When deploying on the map, you need to make sure that you pick the “Field operations base” deployment spot. This is important because the place where we need to go is very close to this deployment location.

Once you load onto the map, you will need to straight away turn right, and keep going right. Follow the road here right until it ends.

When the road ends here, you will need to go up. This is indicated in the image above. The way forward here is very rocky and rough, so be very careful when driving.

Keep going in this direction until you find red-dotted boxes on the ground. The arrow in the image above is pointing at the dotted box. These boxes represent airdrops, and you can go on top of them to receive airdrops.

You can transfer the resources from these drop areas onto your vehicle. There are more than 1 airdrop areas here, so make sure you fill up your vehicle’s inventory slots. The most valuable resources that you can find are Dinosaur Femurs and Jack Screws

Making Money Through the Resources

Once you are done collecting the resources, you can return to your headquarters to exit free roam. Doing this will automatically sell the resources you gathered during your personal expedition.

You can repeat this process as many times as you like and earn loads of money. The airdrop locations being so close to our deployment spot makes this method extremely effective at making money fast.

How to Unlock Free Roam

Our method will be on the Little Colorado map, so you will need to unlock free-roam for Little Colorado. To unlock free-roam you need to complete the 5 main expeditions that you have in Little Colorado. Once the expeditions are complete, you can free-roam on the map.

Other than earning money while free-roaming, you can just explore the map and look for the various other points of interest.
