How to Terraform in Dinkum

Playing a cute game like Dinkum requires the most customization options you can get, especially in terraforming. Who would want to live in an area with ugly surroundings? Fortunately, Dinkum provides a lot of options to make your environment suit your tastes.

There are a lot of tools that can help you modify the land around you in Dinkum. The Compactor is the most efficient and easiest to use. Here’s how to unlock it!

Obtaining Compactor

Similar to other survival and agricultural video games, Dinkum has unlockable items that players must fulfill. One of the most crucial things you should obtain in the game is a license. You’ll have access to several special features and tools if you have a license.

For terraforming, you need to obtain an Excavation License which costs 500 PT. This license allows you to buy and use the shovel, which is needed to get a Compactor.

A Compactor is a tool you can get from Franklyn. This tool destroys terrain and makes it level, allowing you to terraform quickly and easily. To get it, you need to donate Shiny Discs to Franklyn.

To craft a Compactor, you need the following:

  • 10,000 Dinks
  • 1 Day
  • 5 Old Gear
  • 2 Hot Cylinders
  • 1 Green Board
  • 6 Iron Bar
  • 1 Shovel
