If you wish to have an advantage in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, you’d do well to use one of the top 5 best bows and arrows in the game.
Bows, as you might imagine, give you a massive advantage due to their range. You can use them to snipe enemies from a safe distance or use them to hunt animals before they flee. At worst, you can use them to get first blood and weaken enemies before engaging in melee combat!
Read on and we’ll give you a list of the top 5 best bows in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 and the top 5 best arrows to use with them.
Top 5 Best Bows | Kingdom Come Deliverance 2
#5 – Poacher’s Bow
Our first bow isn’t just one of the 5 best, but also one of the most easily accessible bows in the game. You can get the Poacher’s Bow at the Old Poacher’s Hideout near Rocktower Pond, in the westernmost part of the Trosky region. It’s one of the best bows you can get in the region, too!
Here are the stats for this powerful early bow:
Min. Strength – 13
Min. Agility – 13
Power – 170
#4 – Cuman Chief’s Bow
Similar to our previous pick, you can find the Cuman Chief’s Bow fairly early in the game. You can loot a guaranteed version of it from the Cumans’ tent at the Nomads’ Camp near the center of the Trosky region. It’s west of Zhelejov and northwest of Semine, for reference. Alternatively, you can buy it from Besonga at Sigismund’s camp once you reach Kuttenberg.
Here are the stats for this light bow:
Min. Strength – 12
Min. Agility – 15
Power – 180
#3 – Elm Longbow
This bow is a pretty sizeable jump from our previous picks, having 20 more Power compared to the previous bow on this list. However, that comes at the cost of also having a slower draw speed due to being a longbow. This one’s ideal if you wish to try getting one-shot kills from long-range, though!
As for availability, you’re unlikely to get this one until you reach the Kuttenberg region. You can randomly buy it from Ulrich and Kate of Hol at roadside camps, but they have a low chance of having it in stock. Alternatively, buy it from Master Wenceslas in Kuttenberg or Besonga at Sigismund’s camp.
Here are the stats for this bow:
Min. Strength – 14
Min. Agility – 14
Power – 200
#2 – Ranyek’s Bow
We’ll keep this as spoiler-free as possible, but you can get this bow as part of the main quest line. You just need to find Ranyek near Bylany’s tavern during the “The Devil’s Pack” main quest and get it from him. It’s as easy as that, but you can’t get it if you miss Ranyek during the quest. Keep that in mind if you haven’t done it yet.
When it comes to stats, it has the same Power as the Elm Longbow. What makes this one superior is the fact that it has a much faster draw speed. Sadly, this game keeps the draw speed stat hidden! Nonetheless, here’s the stat numbers for this bow:
Min. Strength – 18
Min. Agility – 14
Power – 200
#1 – Ash Longbow
When it comes to raw numbers, the Ash Longbow deserves the top spot on our list. It has a raw 230 Power, which is the highest of any bow in the game. That said, it’s still a longbow. That means its draw and firing speed are inferior to the Cuman’s Chief Bow. Keep that in mind if you prefer speed over single-shot damage.
The best way to get the Ash Longbow is to purchase it from Master Wenceslas in Kuttenberg city.
Now, here are the stats you can expect from this bow:
Min. Strength – 22
Min. Agility – 16
Power – 230

Enhanced Long-Range Arrow – 125 Stab Damage, provides better accuracy at long range. Can be bought from Master Wenceslas in Kuttenberg city.
Better Hunting Arrow – 120 Stab Damage, allegedly causes more bleeding. Can be bought from wandering traders like Nomad Karol, Peshek, and Henslin Schaber. You can also buy them from Gamekeeper Bohunyek in Opatowitz, Kuttenberg.
Long-Range Arrow – 115 Stab Damage, provides better accuracy at long range. Sold by wandering traders Henslin Schaber and Nomad Karol. You can also buy them from nearly every blacksmith in Trosky and Kuttenberg.
