Verifying Age with a valid ID

Note: You need a mobile to verify through this method.

1. Open the Roblox website. Enter your username and password to sign in.
2. From the top right corner, Click on the “Settings” icon.
3. Click on the “Account Info” option.
4. Click on the “Verify My Age” option to start the procedure.
5. Take out your phone and use the QR scanner on the phone to scan to QR Code on the screen.
6. Click on “Start the Session” and approve the pop-up asking you for permission to use your camera.
7. Take out a valid ID like your passport or driver’s license. Place it on a flat surface and align your phone’s square to the ID. Capture the image.
8. Turn around the ID and scan the back of it. The camera will automatically scan the barcode at the back of the ID. If it doesn’t then tap on the capture button.
9. The next step is to take a Selfie. Follow the instructions and take a Selfie.
10. Wait for Roblox to verify your age. It will take a 5-step verification process. You don’t have to do anything while it processes.
11. Go back to the Account Info and check your Age Verification. There you will see your Age Verified!

All you need here is a working phone number and a valid email address.
