In the World of Slime Rancher, you will sometimes come across beakers or rock formations oozing these resources.

Classified as a common Slime Resource, you can harvest Deep Brine Early in the game provided that you have access to your resource Harvester.

In this Guide, we will show you how and where to harvest Deep Brine which is one of the core ingredients in making some utilities, warp tech and a plethora of decorations in Slime Rancher.

How to Get Deep Brine in Slime Rancher 2

When you explore the starter island of Slime Rancher, you will come across these geyser fountains that would be oozing these resources. The drops for these would be Deep Brine which is one of the resources you need to craft different gadgets in the game.

Access the Fabricator and craft a Resource Harvester

As you start the game you will have to do a few tasks in the tutorial. you will eventually be introduced to the Fabricator where you will need to fabricate a Resource Harvester for your Vac Pack.

Unlike Slime Rancher 1 where you will need pumps to harvest Deep Brine, Harvesting is made easy in the second instalment of the game. Unlocking the Resource Harvester lets you harvest resources directly from their spawn locations with no waiting time.

Get Close to Resource Geysers and extract the Deep Brine

After you have a Resource Harvester with you, head out to the Rainbow Valley and search for water geysers that will be oozing these liquids.

Simply get close to them and use your harvester to suck in Deep Brine. When you have enough of these in your inventory, head back to the Ranch and deposit them in the Lab’s Refinery for you to craft Slime Science Gadgets.

Unlocking more areas gives you different sets of resources

If you are having a hard time locating these geysers just head to areas where there is water nearby. Geysers are usually near those but are warned that there are lots of resources to be found and in later areas, these geysers will yield different kinds of resources like Primordy oil or silky sands.
