Crystal Slimes are the cousins of the rock slime that’s covered in shiny crystal spikes. These Slimes are dangerous, capable of killing the player fast with menacing crystals that spread whenever you approach them.

Before you venture out and approach danger willingly, here’s a  location guide on where to find these treacherous Crystal Slimes.

How to Find Crystal Slime in Slime Rancher 2

Crystal Slimes can be found in Ember Valley. Although, players must be careful when traversing the area as it is filled with dangerous terrains filled with lava and cliffs, so it is best to keep your Jetpack and wits about you because it’s also filled with dangerous Slimes.

As mentioned before, Crystal slimes are dangerous and can be found in multiple spots in Ember Valley, not just in a single location. They are easily recognizable with their signature blue crystal spikes covering their slime body.

Players must proceed with caution when approaching Crystal Slimes. They can produce harmful crystals on the floor as it leaps into the air into a spiky ball and can hastily create more dangerous crystals once agitated by the player. However, crystal production can be temporarily nullified for 20 seconds with Water or Ancient Water and a Music Box can greatly reduce their agitation, so make sure to keep some with you to counter them.

Crystal Slimes are picky eaters. They’re on a strict veggie diet with Odd Onion as their favorite veggie pick.
