Obviously, gameplay is subjective, so experiment with our picks and find out works for you.
Top Tier
These are the best of the best when it comes to gadgets in the game. These are the ones that are most overpowered like the RPG-7, or which allow for unique kill opportunities like the Stun Gun.
These aren’t necessary the outright best gadgets, but often ones that have the most opportunities for use. When isn’t an automatic Turret going to come in handy?

APS- Turret

Dome Shield

Frag Grenade
Mid-Tier
The mid-tier gadgets are the ones which whilst not always being particularly overpowered, can open some unique gameplay opportunities.
They may not be the best for taking down your opponents, but they can elevate your strategy!

Pyro Mine
Some of our personal favourites from the list include the Jump Pad which will let you reach new heights, as well as the Breaching Charge which can demolish walls and let you access locations opponents may be hiding.
Bottom Tier
These are all of the gadgets that should be at the bottom of the barrel when choosing your loadout in the game.
Note that not all of these are totally useless, just that they have less opportunities for use than the ones rated higher.
For instance, the Smoke Grenade is great for reviving an ally and not sustaining damage in the process.
However, combat in the game is so quick that players will often move on faster than you’ll need to throw it.
The Barricade can be effective at stopping incoming fire, but light class players can also easily jump over or move around it.
