Lost Ark: How to Use the Express Pass Correctly | Don’t Miss This Event

The new Super Express Mission is given to all players right after the latest update. With it, players can level up their characters pretty quickly or increase their overall item level without spending too much on the honing materials.

If you haven’t activated it yet, then you might be wondering how to use it correctly. This article will help you with just that.

How to Use the Express Pass Correctly in Lost Ark

Before we begin, let’s first have a look at what the Express pass is. In essence, it’s a mission-based character bonus that grants you rewards each time you complete a mission. It’s somehow similar to the Ark Pass except that it focuses more on character progression.

The pass is divided into 5 different levels, starting from the first few parts of the game all the way to the endgame. This will have you completing various missions from Vern, Rohendel, Yorn, and Feiton. Meanwhile, the 5th level is a bonus level that’s spread across all 4 regions.

Before you start, you have to keep in mind that it can only be applied to a single character across your roster. This means that your choice of character will depend on who you want to progress quickly. In most cases, this means using it on your main, especially if you are still to progress to Tier 3 or are lacking materials for your Tier 3 gear.

Once you have decided on a character, simply choose it on the Super Express Mission menu and click Start Event. You won’t be able to change it by then. Once done, you’ll then be able to view the missions you have to complete and their respective rewards.

What Rewards In the Lost Ark Battle Pass

There are a handful of rewards you can get by activating the Super Express Mission. Perhaps the most important is the honing bonus which allows you to upgrade your gear pretty quickly and efficiently.

This will give you the Growth Boost Effect which reduces the honing XP required to hone your gear. Not only that, but it only increases the base success chance of your gear when honing. Then, whenever you upgrade gear from +1 to +12, you’ll essentially be getting 2 levels instead of 1 per successful upgrade.

Apart from that, you’ll also get a ton of honing materials and battle items alongside roster-bound items like gold, engraving recipes, accessory chests, card packs, and a whole lot more.
