COD Modern Warfare 2: How to Inspect Weapon

The beta for Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 is now available to all players. You can play it with your friends or solo if you want to experience the game before deciding if it’s worth purchasing or not. One of the features of is inspecting your weapon, and we are going to show you how to do it.

Not all of the game modes and maps are available in the beta of Modern Warfare 2, and you can only access 10 guns at the moment. The “inspect” weapon feature allows you to flex your guns in game.

Inspecting your Weapon

If you want to brag or show off when someone spectates you after a kill, you can either spray, emote, gesture, or inspect your weapon.

In the controller, hold the left D-pad down. If you just tap, it will only switch your weapon from single-fire to burst and vice versa.

On the keyboard, press the letter I. Your character is going to take out the magazine, look at it, put it back, and check your gun by turning it from side to side.

In the current beta stage, you may not fully appreciate weapon inspection yet. But once the game will be officially launched and skins are released for added aesthetics, you’ll see how addictive inspecting weapons is, particularly if you equip a rare or legendary skin!
