It will be just a few days from now when Tower of Fantasy releases. As such, you want to make sure you’re well-prepared with the right information before you start playing the game. This way, you can save a lot of your precious time and help you progress quickly in the game.

To help you with that, I have outlined the most common mistakes that you want to avoid doing early on in the game. Let’s check them out below.

Mistakes to Avoid in Early Game in Tower of Fantasy

As a complete beginner, it’s pretty understandable to commit mistakes early on in the game. However, if you want to make the most out of your early game experience and progress quickly, then you’d want to avoid the following mistakes:

Using Your First SSR Selector Early

A lot of players might fall prey to this mistake, and this can cause them to miss out on some really nice weapon synergies. You want to keep in mind that Tower of Fantasy focuses a lot on weapon synergies, so you don’t want to just pick an SSR weapon on a whim.

Instead, what you should do is pull a pity on a standard banner first. Ideally, you want to pull once you hit 80 pity, though you can also do it when hitting 30. However, I would highly recommend doing so upon reaching 80 pity. After all, it doesn’t take long to reach it.

Exploring Way Too Much

Exploration is one of the main selling points of any open-world RPG. However, if you explore way too much in Tower of Fantasy, you would end up lagging behind, especially if you have limited time to play. Instead, you should focus on doing your main quests first and spend some vitality. This way, you can unlock various areas on the map and even traverse them even faster.

Using Too Many Resources on a Single Type of Weapon

What this basically means is don’t use too many resources on the same type of weapon. For example, if you just spend your resources on a DPS weapon, then you’d miss out on some huge potential. Ideally, you want to allocate your resources to upgrade a DPS, support, and shieldbreak weapon all at once.

Not Using Token Currency on Limited Banners

If you think that your token currency will carry over to the next limited banner, then you’re dead wrong. Don’t fall for the same mistake that lots of new players will probably make. Unfortunately, these currencies will expire once the banner is over.

So, make sure to use them on the banners while they’re still available.

Not Using Relics

You might think of relics as nothing more than fluff, but they’re actually quite useful, especially for exploration. For example, you can use your jetpack for fast traversal on vertical areas, or the jetboard for traveling over water.

There are a bunch of relics that provide tons of uses just waiting for you to take advantage of.
