There are plenty of items in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, but for leveling purposes, we’re going to take a look at non-legendary items you can obtain as you progress through the game. The best part is that they’re actually still viable even in the endgame parts, particularly during the early Chaos levels.
Best Items for Leveling in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands
Weapons with a Crossbow Barrel
This isn’t any specific weapon in particular. In fact, this can be any weapon as long as it has a crossbow barrel that can actually roll on just about any weapon. What you should look for, however, is a special effect that says “Crossbolts deal #% increased Damage for each Crossbolt stuck in the target”.
Make sure it says “increased damage” not “increased melee damage” as the latter can roll as well.
Cryo SMGs
Basically, any SMG that has frost damage is classified as a cryo SMG. The reason why it’s so powerful for leveling is because it has a very insane fire rate and high damage all at the same time. Its overall damage output can be increased even further with the right parts on the gun. Of course, frost damage’s slow and freeze effects can add to the weapon’s overall damage potential.
Feriore Weapons with Special Thrown Effects
Feriore weapons are known for their fun mechanics, and this type of gun is just that. Basically, you need to look out for an effect that says “Thrown weapon becomes a gun with wings and shoots enemies before homing in and exploding”. Not only are these fun, but they are surprisingly crazy powerful.
Torgue Assault Rifles
Torgue weapons specialize in explosions, be it through lob bombs, missiles, or even mines! What makes Torgue ARs is that their stickies deal a lot of damage, and if you’re lucky, you can get a x3 damage version alongside a bigger magazine size which allows you to apply lots of stickies very quickly.
Arc Torrent
Compared to the items on this list, this one is a spell that deals tons of damage. You’d want the “Channel Cast” and “Calls down a lightning bolt” effects to maximize this spell’s damage. By far, it’s one of the, if not the, hardest-hitting spells in the game.
