“Death from above” is one of Overwatch 2’s achievements that requires skill to accomplish. It requires using the Egyptian Rocketwielding powerhouse, Pharah, to kill four enemies in a row without touching the ground.

This requires a keen familiarity with Pharah’s movement, the ability to aim with her rocket launcher, and perfect timing. Which, not a lot of players have at the moment.

Luckily, this guide will help you easily achieve the Death from Above Achievement using Pharah with a few tips to ace your next match.

How to Unlock the Death from Above Achievement?

To unlock the achievement, you must be able to kill four enemies in a row without touching the ground. This mainly involves the use of Pharah’s hover jets that allow her to fly in the air for up to 2 seconds.

The problem with most players is the method they use to unlock the achievement. They simply hover in the air and try to kill as many enemies while suspended in the air.

This is a bad method for finishing the achievement because of two reasons. First, simply hovering in the air as Pharah makes you an easy target. Although her fly ability is very useful, if used incorrectly it makes Pharah look like a giant bullseye.

Second, most characters in Overwatch move very fast. Enemies will not just sit there and let you kill them. They will try to dodge or retaliate with their own weapons.

The absolutely best method to unlock this achievement is using Pharah’s ultimate ability called Barrage. Barrage is a strong ultimate ability that fires a barrage of rockets for 2.5 seconds. This allows you to kill multiple opponents in just a few seconds.

When you know the enemies are grouped up, try to surprise them in the sky by suddenly flying over their heads then use your ultimate. This will almost guarantee you 4 or even more kills!

An additional tip is when on offense, enemies usually group up when the payload has almost reached the end. Meanwhile, on defense, they usually group up when they have to push a certain choke point or a small area.
