No Man’s Sky was released back in 2016. However, it is still being regularly updated and is now more relevant than ever. Developed by Hello Games, this open-world, survival video game features endless content. With a literal galaxy to explore, be sure you won’t run out of things to do anytime soon.

In today’s article, we’ll be showing you the best ways to get Units and Nanites in No Man’s Sky. Buckle up and let’s get started.

No Man's Sky

Farming

One of the easiest (and safest) ways you can get Units and Nanites is to farm them. To start doing it, you will want to go ahead and set up an Activated Indium mine (In+). Following this, you need to find and build a Runaway Mould farm.

Remember that once you set up this farm, you need to have a few refiners to be able to complete this process.

Once you finish all of the steps listed above, go ahead and place the Runaway Mould into the refiner.

Crashed Interceptor

The next-best alternative for getting Units and Nanites is to locate a crashed Interceptor ship on a desolate planet.

Go to the desolate planet and defeat all 5 waves of Sentinels. Once you defeat all 5 waves, the game will give you the location of a crashed Sentinel ship.

Note that for this option to work, you will need an echo locator. The Echo locator will point you to an abandoned encampment and to a terminal which will be used to get the location of a ship.

Finally, go to the ship and pick it apart for resources. If you need Nanites, take the brain from the ship and put it into a refiner, this will give you a significant amount of Nanites.

If you need units, repair the ship and then sell it at a space station to gain as many units as you possibly can.
