Exosuit Mechs were one of the many fun Stratagems in the original Helldivers, and they’re finally making their comeback in Helldivers 2.
Thanks to the united efforts of every player, you can now get the fancy EXO-45 Patriot Exosuit Mechs down in Tien Kwan. A perfect tool to liberate the planet from the bugs!
If you can’t wait to hop into the cockpit of your own Mech, read on and we’ll tell you how to get it.
How to Get Exosuit Mechs | EXO-45 Patriot Exosuit
To get the new EXO-45 Patriot Exosuit Mechs, you will first need to unlock its associated Stratagem: “Patriot Exosuit”. You can get it from the Ship Management menu before you deploy into a mission.
You’ll need to be Level 25, for starters. It also costs 20.000 Requisition Slips, so make sure you’ve got plenty to spare! The Stratagem itself also has 2 uses and a 600-sec Cooldown Timer.
Though, it’s also worth noting, that you can temporarily use the Exosuit Mechs Stratagem for free.
The “Weapons Experimentation” event is live for a limited time, giving every Helldiver free access to the “Patriot Exosuit” Stratagem.
It’s unknown how long it will last, though, so make good use of it while you can!
Since that’s a time-limited offer, though, make sure to unlock the Stratagem so you can call down Exosuit Mechs whenever you please during missions.
For those curious about the Stratagem’s Code input, it’s as follows: Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Down.
Anyway, it’s a tad too early to tell just how strong the Mechs will be, but some players report that they can straight up melt down Chargers with them.
But, there you have it, that’s everything you need to know to get your hands on the sweet new Patriot Exosuit Mechs. Get back to Tien Kwan and liberate it from the ugly bugs with this new toy!
Venezuelan gamer cursed by being interested by most games, resulting in a ridiculous backlog he’ll never be able to conquer. Been gaming for over two decades now! Few things exemplify his wide variety in gaming tastes as the fact that he’s a big fan of both Souls games and the Atelier series at the same time. Also a big fan of Yakuza/Like a Dragon, Deadly Premonition, Zero Escape, and Dead Rising, among others. Considers Lost Judgment and Sekiro to both be masterpieces.
