God of War Ragnarok: How to Get to the Kitchen in Gryla’s House

Gryla is one of the bosses you’ll encounter during your God of War Ragnarok playthrough. Not only that, but she also happens to be one of the strongest among them. That said, you will be able to visit her house during the story, and it’s even possible to access her kitchen.

How to Get to the Kitchen in Gryla’s House in God of War Ragnarok

Once you’re inside Gryla’s house, you’ll notice that there are several barrels lying around the ground. You can also see the kitchen at the far end. However, the way toward it is blocked by a huge barrel.

To get there, all you need to do is destroy that barrel. However, you need to do it in a specific fashion. Simply head over to the left side of the barrel. Take a look at its inside to notice a greenish glow. All you have to do is shoot that glow with Atreus’ arrow.

This will cause the barrel to explode, giving you passage to the kitchen in Gryla’s house. You can then find a handful of loots in the area which include a Shattered Rune and some Hacksilver.
