Proper facilities management in F1 Manager 22 grants you access to some really cool benefits, all while spending as little as possible on the upgrades.
As you start your first day as the Team Principal, you’ll often find yourself lost in the plethora of tabs and stuff to do. It can be pretty overwhelming, but if there’s one important thing you have to work on right away, that would be your team facilities.
If you don’t know how to manage your facilities properly, then this guide will teach you.
How to Manage Facilities in F1 Manager 22
There are three facilities in the game: Car Development Facilities, Staff Facilities, and Operations Facilities. Each of them covers different aspects of your team, and you want to manage them properly to make the most out of them.
Ideally, you want to focus on upgrading your Factory and Design Centre first within the Car Development Facilities section. This is because a higher Factory level can greatly boost your production speed, giving you more car parts to work on as quickly as possible. It increases your project capacity as well.
On the other hand, the Design Centre focuses on the car part design aspect. Leveling it up allows you to increase both your project and engineer capacity. However, you want to make sure that you only upgrade them once you have enough budget.
Staff Facilities
Now let’s have a brief look at the Staff Facilities. In this section, you can increase certain aspects of your team including Team Attractiveness, Morale, and Weekly Experience Gain. Team Attractiveness, in particular, is quite useful as it expands the range of drivers you can negotiate a contract with.
Then there’s the Weekly Experience Gain which helps improve your staff as it lets them gain experience at a much faster rate. You also want to focus on upgrading your Race Simulator section as it increases the experience your drivers receive which is really important.
Operations Facilities
The final facility we have is the Operations Facilities. In this section, you want to prioritize the ones that grant bonuses to your Team Attractiveness. This stat is really useful for negotiating contracts. A few good examples would be Board Room, Hospitality Area, and Helipad.
Luckily, managing your facilities isn’t really all that complicated. After all, each section has its own description so you can easily determine what you’ll be upgrading. Just make sure that you allocate your budget and prioritize the ones that grant major bonuses.
