As a fresh, new take on the F1 franchise, F1 Manager 22 can be a pretty daunting game for most players, especially beginners. While the premise of the game is about choosing drivers, managing teams, and upgrading their cars, there’s more to it than just that.

Luckily, there are some teams that are way easier to manage than most. If you’re a beginner, I would highly recommend starting with any of them. Let’s have a look at what these teams are.

Best Teams to Manage in F1 Manager 2022

In this list, we’re going to cover a total of four teams. I’ll also explain briefly what makes them the best to manage for players. Let’s get started.

Ferrari

Ferrari is no doubt one of the most popular brands in the F1 industry. Most likely, it’s one that new players can easily recognize even if they don’t have any prior experience playing F1-related games. That aside, the Ferrari team provides players with lots of wiggle room to play around as it starts with excellent statistics across the board.

Then there’s the fact that the team comes with one of the best-performing cars in the game from the very start. This would provide players, especially new ones, an edge as they’re trying to figure out how the game works.

Red Bull

Yet another strong contender, the Red Bull is one of the teams you choose from the start if you want to win races from the beginning of the season. Though the team’s starting car is not as good as the one from Ferrari, the fact that it has Max Verstappen allows Red Bull to go toe to toe with other solid teams like Ferrari.

Aside from that, Red Bull comes with a stellar budget. This should be enough for you to invest in various facilities to further upgrade your development. And there’s the fact that Red Bull’s headquarters is just way better than Ferrari’s.

Alfa Romeo

If you’re looking for a challenge at the start of your career, then the Alfa Romeo team is the best for you. The team’s budget and headquarters aren’t some of the best out there. However, the car that you can get is a pretty solid one.

This would be more than enough to score consistent points regularly. And with the right development, it’s possible to maintain its solid form for a very long time. Doing so will allow you to catch up with the bigger boys.

Still, Alfa Romeo’s statistics aren’t solid unlike the first two. However, with proper management, it should be possible to win the championship.

Mercedes

The last one we have is the Mercedes team. This one still remains a solid team despite losing its shine in the actual F1 competitions. Similar to Alfa Romeo, the Mercedes team is a good choice for a team if you want some sort of a challenge in the beginning, albeit not so much.

It comes with a high starting budget, a decent staff, and a decent car. All of these should give you enough wiggle room with regard to car development and training.
