How to Locate the Fishing Rod in Disney Dreamlight Valley

The Fishing Rod is a Royal Tool that allows you to fish in ponds around the map. These fish can be cooked and eaten to remove your exhaustion instead of entering your house and watching the bar fill up again. The Fishing Rod is the last Royal Tool you are going to get, and it is tied to the Fishing Expedition quest.

Obtaining the Fishing Rod

The Fishing Rod can be found in the meadow beside a pond on the eastern side area of the map. You need to obtain the pickaxe first to break the rocks by the central steps. To use the Fishing Rod you need to finish the Fishing Expedition quest. The Fishing Expedition quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley can be given by Goofy.

Go and find Goofy to start the quest. If you have obtained the Fishing Rod, go back to Goofy so that he can repair the item. This will complete the quest and add the Fishing Rod to your inventory.
