Palworld: How to Breed Pyrin Noct

Palworld has over 130 different creatures dubbed “Pals” to fight, catch, and use. Pyrin Noct is a captivating nocturnal Pal that possesses both Dark and Fire elements. His exceptional Spirit Flame and Dark Blast skills are slowly making him a fan favorite.

Finding and capturing the Pyrin Noct is trickier than it seems, still, there’s another way for you to acquire the nocturnal Pal. In this article, we’ll show you how to breed Pyrin Noct and bring him into your collection.

How to Breed Pyrin Noct

Any Pal can be bred with another, breeding the same type of Pal together will birth similar offspring. Naturally, breeding Pals of a different species can sometimes result in various combinations.

There are hundreds of potential breeding combinations waiting to be birthed. Some of the Pals in the game can’t be caught in exploration and will need to be bred.

Build the Breeding Farm

That said, before you are able to start the process of breeding the Pyrin Noct, you’ll need to unlock the Breeding Farm Blueprint through the Technology menu on level 19, as seen in the image above.

Then you will need the following resources to build one at your base:

• 100x Wood
• 20x Stone
• 50x Fiber

The Breeding Farm is rather large and requires some space to build. Therefore, you will need to clear some land to build it on.

Bake a Cake

Ever heard the expression “bun in the oven?” Well, If you want to breed Pyrin Noct, the secret is to bake a cake.

Cakes are the secret ingredient for getting Pals to mate with each other and create an egg. You only need one cake to create an egg, but it wouldn’t hurt to have more than one cake. Just like baking a normal cake, there are necessary ingredients required to bake one.

You’ll need the following ingredients:

• 5 x Flour
• 8 x Red Berries
• 7 x Milk
• 8 x Eggs
• 2 x Honey

Acquiring these ingredients may take some time to acquire. That said, you can always gather ingredients such as Eggs, Honey, and Milk with captured Pals. Additionally, ingredients can be purchased from a Wandering Merchant NPC.

Bake Cake

Of course, the last step is to use all the gathered ingredients and bake the cake. Baking the cake requires a Cooking Pot, and a Pal with the Fire effect to provide the heat. With the cake baked, all that’s left to do is place it in the box outside the Breeding Fence.

Breeding Pyrin Noct

As we mentioned earlier, you’ll need one male and one female Pal to breed. To breed a Pyrin Noct, you will need to combine a Pyrin with a Katress in the Breeding Farm. It doesn’t matter which is a male or a female, the combination of the two species is required.

With the pair in the Breeding Farm, the magic will begin to happen. After a few minutes, a Large Scorching Egg, shown in the image above, will appear.

Just like an egg, all it needs now is to be incubated. Take the Scorching Egg to the incubator and a few seconds later… the Pyrin Noct will be hatched. Offspring aren’t that hard to bear after all, it’s as easy as baking a Cake!
