You can get Crude Oil in Palworld by extracting it from Crude Oil Nodes using Crude Oil Extractors. A Crude Oil Extractor perfectly fits onto a node, leaving no room for another one That said, there is one specific way in which you can fit 2 Crude Oil Extractors onto the same Crude Oil Node.
How to Build 2 Crude Oil Extractors On One Oil Node
Before you can start placing Crude Oil Extractors, you will need to find nodes to place the extractors on. If you haven’t already, check out our guide on the best base locations for Crude Oil in Palworld.
Once you’ve found a Crude Oil Node, you can start placing your extractors on top of it. Normally, you will place the extractor right on top of it.

To fit 2 extractors on one node, you will need to place your first Crude Oil Extractor in the way shown in the image above. Only about half of the Crude Oil Extractor should be on the node. This is the minimum amount you are allowed, as moving it just a little bit more from the center will not allow you to place the extractor.
The second Crude Oil Extractor should then be placed in the same way as the first one, but this time on the other side of the Crude Oil Node. This can be seen in the image above. If placed correctly, the inner edges of the extractors should both be as close to each other as they can without touching.
For now, this is the best way to maximize the production of Crude Oil in Palworld. This might be unintended though, and if that is the case, use it to your advantage before it gets patched.
How to Get Crude Oil Extractors
Crude Oil Extractors are craftable structures in Palworld.
You can unlock the extractor once you reach Technology Level 50. The resources needed to craft one Crude Oil Extractor are:
- 250x Pal Metal Ingot
- 50x Circuit Board
Alongside that, the Crude Oil Extractor will also need power to run. You can provide your Extractors with power using the newly released Large Generator.
Crude Oil is an extremely valuable resource in the latest update. You will need it to craft valuable items like Palsteel, so extract as much as you can.
