148 articlesPalworld has plenty of weapons that you can wreak havoc with, and the Sakurajima update has just added some more. To use these weapons though, you must first craft them. There are plenty of resources that go into crafting weapons, and one of the most important ones is Plasteel.
Plasteel is a new material released with the Sakurajima update. Like plenty of other materials in this game, Plasteel can be crafted, but you will need to unlock it before you can craft it. We will be looking at how to unlock and craft Plasteel in Palworld.
How To Make Plasteel
Before you can start making Plasteel, you must unlock it. Plasteel can be unlocked through the Technology tab, and you will need to be Technology Level 50 to unlock it. Other than that, unlocking Plasteel will also require you to spend 2 Technology Points.
Once you unlock the Plasteel recipe, you can craft the material through the Electric Furnace. To craft the Plasteel, you will need:

While both the Paldium Fragment and Ore are obtainable in the main game, Crude Oil is a completely new resource that can only be obtained from specific locations added to the game with the Sakurajima update.
How to Get Crude Oil
The best way to get Crude Oil in Palworld is by extracting it from Crude Oil Nodes.
To extract Crude Oil from these nodes, you will need a Crude Oil Extractor. The Extractor will passively generate Crude Oil for you, given it has ample power supply.

Other than extracting Crude Oil using Crude Oil Extractors, you can also find it as loot at the all-new Oil Rig.
