There are lots of food items that offer this effect, and one of them is the Dabry’s sturgeon. This is basically a sturgeon that you can find in the Blue River in the game.

The Dabry’s sturgeon is a special fish that you can find swimming in the shallow parts of the blue river in Tower of Fantasy. However, this one is a bit rare compared to the other fish you can find in the game. Not only that, but it also provides two Satiety points for your character.

The problem is that you can only find it during nighttime and sunsets. Other players do mention that they were able to catch it during the day, but most would agree that your odds of getting one are higher during nighttime.

One of the locations where you can find a Dabry’s sturgeon is on the spot near the Ring of Echos. You can easily spot this fish by its lighter color and slightly bigger build.

The other location is the spot right along Astra Shelter. As mentioned, it only spawns in shallow water, so you have to look for it in the lower level.

If you’re unlucky, you might have to wait for a while in order to find one. You can try changing your server channel and checking the river to increase your chances.
