You’ll need Elliot’s assistance to leave the Slums and leave the city, but you’ll first need to warm him up so he can help you.
That means you’ll need to understand how to acquire a blanket in Stray, but doing so necessitates obtaining an electrical cable for Grandma as well as some Super Spirit Detergent to obtain the cable.

How to Get Blanket/Cloth Location in Stray

Elliot, the robot computer whiz in Stray, tells you that he is too chilly to be able to fix your Tracker, therefore you must fetch him a blanket to keep him warm. Your cat will need to go outside and find the blanket since the Tracker is necessary to go further in the game. Where is it then?

Obtaining Poncho

Visit Grandma In the Slums shown in the area above who weaves ponchos and coats to obtain a blanket. She will mention that she loves knitting and that she has knitted approximately 478 miles of scarves when you speak to her.

The poncho that Grandma will give you in return for an electric cable is what serves as Elliot’s blanket. You can obtain this Electric Cable from the Barter Man, though you will also need to do some searching to locate it.

You must first go to the laundromat. Kosmo is outside cleaning the floor of the laundromat after the robots on the rooftop splattered white paint all over it during your search for the four notebooks. Enter the laundromat after Kosmo and grab the super detergent from the side. The Barter Man requires it.

You can find the Barter Man, who is seated on the ground down a side street, by following the directions on one of the city’s many placards. The Super Spirit Detergent is needed by the barterer in exchange for the electric cable. Give him the detergent, get the cable, and head to Grandma’s shop, which will once more be marked with signs.

After getting the poncho from Grandma, go back to Elliot. Even if he requests a blanket, the poncho will do just as well, and from there, he may start the Tracker working.
