Palworld: All Legendary Weapons and Armor Schematics Locations

You can find Legendary Schematics in various locations in Palworld, they allow you to craft the best weapons and armor in the game.

As it turns out, Palworld has a rarity system for its equipment! But, the Legendary tier of equipment is only found by defeating certain bosses. You can’t just learn their crafting recipes from the Technology Tree as usual.

In this guide, we’ll tell you the locations for all known Legendary weapons and armor Schematics currently available in the game.

Legendary Weapons and Armor Schematics Locations

Before we dive into the nitty gritty of each Schematic’s location, let’s go over some of the basics related to them.

All Legendary weapons and armor Schematics drop from various Alpha Pals. Those are basically the boss variants of certain Pals, and they are shown on your map after you’ve found them once.

It’s also worth noting that the map lets you know if you’ve already defeated an Alpha Pal once, as it puts a checkmark above their icon!

That said, the drop rate for most of the Legendary equipment and Schematics is extremely low. You might need to defeat the Alpha Pals multiple times to get them!

Thankfully, they respawn every couple of in-game days and it doesn’t matter whether you kill or capture them, either.

As for what the Legendary Schematics do, well, they simply allow you to craft Legendary variants of certain equipment.

Put the Schematic in your inventory and read the Schematic’s description to see which item they allow you to craft and what crafting station you need to use.

Lastly, you can also actually get pre-crafted Legendary equipment and their Schematics randomly by completing dungeons. This works the same as getting special armor and accessories.

Nonetheless, the chances of randomly getting Legendary items via dungeons are extremely low. Even lower than from defeating the Alpha Pals!

So, instead, let’s now look at the exact locations for all Legendary weapons and armor Schematics currently in the game!

Assault Rifle – Alpha Blazamut

The Assault Rifle is, for all means and purposes, a late-game weapon. Maybe even an endgame one, realistically speaking! As such, it’s no surprise that its Legendary Schematic is guarded by the Level 49 Blazamut.

You can find Blazamut’s location on the map above, within the red circle. The green diamond shows you the actual entrance to the cave where Blazamut resides.

Stick to the ground level and look for the cave entrance shown above when you’re ready to face Blazamut.

Cloth Outfit – Alpha Chillet

One of the most basic and easy ones to get, as Chillet is a Level 11 Alpha Pal. That said, Cloth Armor is still pretty weak even in its Legendary variant, but it can be nice if you manage to get it early on.

Chillet is chilling out in the open, so it’s easy to spot, and also very easy to kill.

Cold Resistant Pal Armor and Heat Resistant Pal Armor – Paladius and Necromus

This is a two-for-one deal, as Paladius and Necromus are always together. These Legendary Knights are both Level 50 and very easy to find as they hang out in the open world, but they’re very challenging to defeat.

Defeat Paladius for a chance to get the Cold-Resistant Pal Armor and Necromus for the Heat-Resistant Pal Armor.

Crossbow – Alpha Bushi

The Legendary Crossbow Schematic is guarded by the Level 23 samurai Pal, Bushi. Note that we’ve previously covered where to find common Bushi variants, but only the Alpha Bushi drops the Schematic.

You can find this Alpha Pal within one of the Sealed Realms in the open world, marked on the map above.

Feathered Hair Band – Alpha Katress

The Level 23 Alpha Katress is locked within a Sealed Realm near the Islandhopper Coast, marked on the map above.

It’s not a very challenging Alpha Pal, but the Feathered Hair Band isn’t particularly great either…

Handgun – Alpha Beakon

You can find Alpha Beakon inside a dome-shaped rock structure, on the spot marked on the map above. It’s only Level 29 and very easy to find, yet it gives you an even better variant of the Handgun!

It’s not easy to get guns in Palworld, so you would do well to hunt down this particular Legendary Schematic as soon as possible.

Missile Launcher – Jetragon

Jetragon is a Level 50 Pal and one of the 4 Legendary Pals currently available in the game.

He’s also the toughest one of the lot, so it’s fitting that he drops the Schematic for the most powerful gun in the entire game, too!

Old Bow – Kingpaca

The king of the alpacas, and a Level 23 Alpha Pal. You can find the Alpha Kingpaca roaming around the open world northeast of the starting point.

It’s a pretty resilient Pal, but its attacks are fairly easy to avoid. You should, ideally, bring a Pal to use as a mount to make the battle easier.

Pal Helmet – Frostallion

The last of the 4 Legendary Pals in our list is the Level 50 Frostallion. You can find it in the frosty tundras in the northeastern part of the map.

Make sure to gear up for a tough fight, and also make sure to bring some Cold Resistant armor!

Pelt Robe – Alpha Azurobe

Alpha Azurobe is a Level 17 Pal that usually swims in the lake northwest of the starting island.

It’s not super challenging, but we recommend having a rideable Pal with the ability to swim. After all, Azurobe mostly stays in the water, so it’s very hard to defeat from land.

Pump-Action Shotgun – Alpha Suzaku

Our last Schematic and Alpha Pal on this list. The Level 45 Alpha Suzaku roams around the open world in the desert area in the northeastern part of the world map.

Make sure to get some good Heat Resistant Armor before going there!
