With just a few days left to Palworlds release, fans of the game will be eager to start their journey into the world of Palworld.

Palworld allows you to bring mysterious creatures called Pals along with you in your journey. The game will have a large variety of Pals, with different types and abilities distinguishing them.

Our guide will look at the best types of Pals you can get in Palworld. These Pals will be able to accompany you and help you make your playthrough memorable.

Best Types of Pals

On release, Palworld will have over a 100 different Pals. The game allows you to capture all sorts of Pals to take along with you in your journey. Other than the basic Pals, there are 3 other variants.

Alpha Pals

Alpha Pals are bigger and stronger than the basic Pals you can find in the game. They are very easily distinguishable and can be quite difficult to get your hands on.

In Palworld, facing an Alpha Pal in the wild will be similar to a boss fight. They will have different moves and will be much harder to capture than a regular Pal.

Lucky Pals

The Lucky Pals in Palworld are rarer and stronger versions of a regular Pal. They are quite rare in the world of Palworld, but they can easily be identified due to them having a shiny appearance.

From the image above, we can see that the pink Pal shown with the red arrow has a shiny light coming out of them. Comparatively, the other Pals dont have this, and appear to be smaller.

Fusion Pals

Palworld allows its players to fuse together 2 different Pals and create what is known as a Fusion Pal. Fusion Pals will be a combination of 2 different Pals you can find in the game.

Players can utilize the breeding mechanic and the various items they can acquire to get themselves a Fusion Pal

For now, it is uncertain if Fusion Pals will spawn in the world randomly, and what types of fusions there will be. We can expect to know more about this once the game released.

Elemental Powers of Pals

There are 9 different elements in Palworld. The Pals you find in the game can belong to a maximum of 2 elements from the 9.

The elements will have specific weaknesses and strengths against other elements. A certain element that is weak against one element, might counter some other element.
