How to Get Dust Wheeler Vehicle in Tower of Fantasy

The PvP in Tower of Fantasy is unique. Apex League is a competitive mode of PvP, more like ranked games in MOBAs. You will fight in an arena that gets smaller as the match progresses. With 2 lives each, players are given 5 minutes to eliminate each other until the time runs out.

Since Apex League is balanced, free-to-play players are having a glorious time. Weapons and relics are boosted to the max level. Even the refinements are included. Additionally, all of the healing effects provided are reduced to 50%.
