Palworld is an adventure game in which you can explore a vast open world while trying to capture different types of creatures called Pals. The game is still in Early Access and you can find it on Steam and Xbox consoles.
In the latest Sakurajima update, new world events were added to the game such as Supply Drops and Meteorites. But the only problem is that they give random stuff. So to get what you want, you can use the method given in this guide to re-roll these world events.
How to Re-Roll World Events
The Supply Drops and Meteorites occur randomly and take about 3 hours (of real time) to happen. This makes it very time consuming to get everything you want from them. But luckily, there is a method to deal with this.
Re-Roll Method
First wait for a Meteorite or a Supply Drop event to happen. Once it does, open the chest to see what you get. If you get what you wanted then that is great but if not, then it is time to re-roll. Note down your local time and then quit the game.
Once you do that, open up the game again and click start game. After that, click on your world and then click on the option called Restore from Backup Data which is located at the bottom of your screen.
This will bring up the backup data menu. Now what you need to do here is find and select a save file that is a few seconds or minutes before the world event occurrence time (the time which you noted down before quitting the game).
Once you select the save file, you will get a prompt shown below. Simply click on Yes and that is it.
Now start up your game and wait for the world event to occur again. Open up the chest and you will notice that its contents are different from before. You can use this method as many times as you like until you get what you are looking for.
This is it for this short and simple method of re-rolling world events, I hope you found it useful! If you haven’t checked out the Oil Rig stronghold yet then you should give it a try. If you do not know where it is located then we have a guide on how to get to the Oil Rig.
