How to Equip Keys in Atelier Ryza 3

Keys are a new mechanic that got introduced in the third installment of the Atelier Ryza series. Basically, you will get a mysterious key that you can use to create various keys.

These keys will grant certain bonuses if used correctly. But to do so, you need to equip them first. This guide will show you how.

Equipping Keys in Atelier Ryza 3

As you go on your adventure, you will end up collecting various keys from various monsters. You will be able to add them to a keychain up to a maximum of 10 keys. To access your keys, you need to do so via the Secret Key menu.

On this page, you’ll be able to see the keys, their design, and their effects. It also allows you to switch them with the ones in your inventory.

That said, in order to equip keys, you first want to head over to your atelier. Once you get there, open your menu and navigate to the Secret Key section. This is the section that will hold the secret key, and it’s also where you can equip keys.

As mentioned, you can equip a total of 10 keys, so all you have to do is choose an empty key slot press the A button on your console, and then choose which key you want to place in that slot.

Equipping Your Party

You can also equip the members of your party. However, you’re limited to a single key per party member. To do so, simply head over to the menu and choose the Battle Preparation option.

Inside, choose which party member you want and choose the Equipment tab. Here, you’ll be able to check that party member’s equipment. Simply choose the Key slot and pick the key you want to equip to that specific party member.

Doing this allows you to increase your party member’s stats in one way or another.
