The eFootball franchise is, without a doubt, Konami’s most popular franchise. The 2022 season of eFootball (formerly known as PES) for mobile devices was released on June 2nd.

The publisher has previously given information on the changes this season and how they will affect players, managers, and other in-game assets. The Level Training Programs are incredibly confusing if you have no idea how it works.

How to Train Players the Right Way in eFootball Mobile

The Level Training Program is an in-game asset you can use to level up your player cards. You must provide Level Training Programs to your Player Cards to effectively level up by raising their Experience Points.

Experience Point Multiples of 100, 1000, 4000, and 10,000 are available in the Level Training Programs. You can feed your players any number of Training Programs based on what is available.

First and foremost, you must understand how a Manager’s playstyle can affect the Experience Points your players acquire.

Every manager is different to a particular group of players. Some managers are drawn to forwarding Line Players, while others can be more drawn to Young Players. Keep it balanced to make things easier to manage.

The Player Stats tab is dedicated to your players’ overall progress. Place Kicking, Curl, Finishing, Low Pass, and Lofted Pass are just a few of each player’s abilities. Focus on the stats needed to fulfill the player’s role to improve your team play.

To train your players best, play them in matches to gain Experience and Progression Points. Use this to train them via the Level Training Program and appoint a manager catered to a specific player. Then, improve your player’s stats depending on their role in the Player Stats section.
