Everyone Loves Candy. This holds true even for Dreamlight Valley Villagers in the game. With eight different ingredient categories and three types of dishes to cook, the recipes you can do are more than enough to keep you occupied.

Before you put on your apron and don your chef’s hat and start cooking, you have to start small. And in this guide, we will show you how to make one of the simple recipes in the game, the all-time favourite for both young and old, Candy in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

How to Make Candy in Disney Dreamlight Valley

To say that it’s easy to create candy in this game is an understatement. There is only one ingredient for you to gather in order to make them and that’s sugar cane.

Sugar cane seeds are first introduced in the Wall-E Garden quest. Here you will have to acquire 5 sugar cane seeds as well as other ingredients as part of the village project.

The seeds and cane can be purchased at Goofy’s Stall in Dazzle Beach. Once you obtain these you can have a steady amount of sugar cane if you plant the seeds in your garden and come back to harvest them after some time.

Head to the Cooking Pot

Once you have the sugar cane, you need to head over to the nearest cooking pot. Open up your ingredients tab and select sweet.

The sugar cane will be listed in that category. Just select it and drag it over to the pot and start cooking. One sugar cane would get you one candy in the game.

Add mint to the pot to improve the candy recipe

Cooking in Disney Dreamlight Valley is either a trial and error process or you can follow guides from recipes you obtain in the game.
