The Crafting Table is a very useful item in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Here, you will be able to enchant items and assemble all sorts of key equipment or items via crafting recipes.
As you progress through the game, many of the items needed for crafting a little complicated, especially items that cannot be purchased at Goofy’s store.
That’s where Refining comes in. refining is an action that you use in the crafting table to create refined materials from the basic materials you collect in the game.
There are a total of 9 refining materials you can create out of 170 crafting options and recipes. In this guide, we will be showing you how to craft 2 out of the 8 materials on your crafting table in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
How to Get Fiber and Rope in Disney Dreamlight Valley
You will be needing these two items once you progress further into the story. There are a total of 8 refined materials you can craft mainly Bricks, Empty Vials, fabric, fiber, glass, gold ingots, iron ingots, rope and tinkering parts.
How to Make Fiber
Crafting items will have you running around the valley to mine, fish, collect or harvest materials. The mechanic is also the same for cooking. To make fiber, you will have to collect seaweed by Dazzle Beach.
You cast your fishing pole in the water and you can collect seaweed from there. Be careful when casting your line, if you cast it on bubbles in the water, this will let you harvest seafood instead of seaweed.
One seaweed is equivalent to 5 fibers when you refine them at the crafting table.
Buy Fiber at Kristoff’s Stall
You have to upgrade Kristoff’s stall to level 2 or 3 in order for you to purchase Fiber from his stall. A ball of fiber costs about 6 gold and you can purchase a maximum of 99 fiber once you have the stall upgraded.
How to Make Rope
To make rope, you will need to refine 5 fibers. This will then be refined to rope for you to use on your quests. Unfortunately, you cannot find a rope in any of the Stalls in the Valley so the best solution for you would be to acquire fiber by purchasing them at the stall or farm for them the next time you go fishing.
