Tower of Fantasy: Should You Max Tsubasa | How to Play Tsubasa

Hane is one of those characters where they are cute to look at but a bit difficult to pick and play especially if you’re all thumbs when fighting in-game.

Two things come to mind when trying to play Tsubasa, hand-eye coordination and timing. If you are the type of player that has those two skills, then you would be right at home using her as your main weapon.

How to Play Tsubasa in Tower of Fantasy

It is a safe assumption to say that Tsubasa is a sniper in-game. She fires those arrows more slowly than gun wielders and it would take practice to use her efficiently.

What sets her apart from the other ranged weapons to choose from is the level of skill required to use her well.

But if you have those skills then she is a fun character to play with. Her weapon element is ice, and like her equipment, you need to be calm and cool while playing her.

Utilizing perfect dodges to slow down time to line up her shots as well as dodging before firing her shots would be the main things you would focus on. If enemies get too close, her skill-piercing arrow lets you perform a backflip that knocks them back and fire from 1 to 3 arrows in front of you for additional damage.

If timed where the enemy is beside a wall the knockback turns into a stun where you can position yourself further back and line up those shots.

Her discharge effect domain of thunder removes all your debuffs and creates a hailstorm on the target location. Enemies within the circle would get slow effects while taking continuous damage from the storm.

Her star upgrades focus more on dealing additional damage. At higher stars, they give your discharge skill freeze effects, a great addition while it slows down those mobs.

What makes her shine compared to other characters is her incredible hangtime in the air. Doing these however takes a lot of skill since you have to jump, fire a shot, and then jump again to set up another shot. If any of your shots miss or if you get hit in the air, the combo chain resets and you get back on the ground.

If you want to use her then it is suggested you max out her star level. The added damage as well as the freeze effect on your discharge skill would give you a strong advantage while playing her in the game.
