Tower of Fantasy: Nico’s Birthday Wish Guide

This guide will show you how to make a “Fruit Cake” for ‘Nico’ in Tower of Fantasy, which will unlock the ‘Vigorous’ outfit, and learn the ‘Fruit Cake’ cooking recipe.

Nico’s Birthday Wish Guide in Tower of Fantasy – ‘Make Fruit Cake’ Side Mission

This side mission requires you to prepare a birthday cake of sorts (a Fruit Cake) for Nico – once you talk to Nico, she’ll explain that her mom always used to make a special fruit cake for her birthday. She’ll tell you that to make the fruit cake, you’ll need the following ingredients: Fallen Fruit, Poultry Egg, and Homi grain.

You should have all of these in your inventory already. If not, they are fairly easy resources to find nearby or at a food vendor.

Nico is located close to Fennie’s – you’ll be able to find her quite easily while in the area.

Talk to her once more, and she’ll give you the recipe required for “Fruit Cake.” You now need to take this over to the “cooker” that’s located at Fennie’s.

Go into Fennie’s and look for the cookpot located behind the countertop.

From there, access your backpack and under ‘Materials,’ you’ll find the recipe for “Fruit Cake” – select ‘use’ when prompted to ‘unlock’ the recipe. Now, at the cookpot, you’ll see that the Fruit Cake recipe requires specific ingredients – these were mentioned by Nico when you first took the side mission, but also include strawberries. Along with the aforementioned poultry egg, fallen fruit, and homi grain, only a few units of each are actually required – 2x strawberries, 1x homi grain, 1x fallen fruit, and 1x poultry egg.

Once you have all these ingredients, select the “cooking” option on the cookpot at Fennie’s and this will combine the ingredients to successfully make you the Fruit Cake for Nico.

Presenting this back to Nico will prompt her to ask if her parents are dead (yikes) – you’ll want to select the “White Lie” option when responding back.

You’ll be rewarded for this little simply side mission with Matrix Data Pack II x 3, Nano coatings x1, acid proof glaze x 1, experience, and the “Vigorous” outfit pack.
