Tower of Fantasy: Day 1 Startup Guide | What to Do In the Beginning

There are tons of stuff and activities to do in Tower of Fantasy. Especially now that the global version of the game is finally out, a lot of eager players will be out there exploring all there is that the game has to offer.

However, it can’t be helped that a lot of them will be completely clueless as to what they should do during the first day of the game.

That said, I have compiled some of the most important activities you want to be focusing on in day 1 so you can jumpstart your progress.

As soon as you complete the character creation phase, you should then start to progress your main story as quickly as possible. The game has a main story that consists of several chapters, and progressing through the story will reward you with different relics like the jetpack. Not only that, but you can also get two SR characters after completing the tutorial.

With that out of the way, here are the things you should be doing in your first day in the game:

Access Dungeon Using Your Stamina

The game features a stamina system which you use to access various dungeons. Each time you enter a dungeon, you will use a portion of your stamina until it depletes. Luckily, it will regenerate over time, so I highly recommend spending it as you play the game instead of just leaving your maxed out stamina unused.

Unlock Waypoints

Waypoints, called Spacerifts in the game, grant you access to fast travel from one place to another. As such, while you’re out in the open, make sure to unlock every waypoint you come across. This way, you can head over to a certain area with a waypoint via fast travel, thus saving a lot of time.

To unlock waypoints, all you have to do is press the Interact button. Then, to fast travel, simply open your map and then pick which waypoint you want to travel to.

Collect Black and Gold Nuclei

You will need these two currencies to pull from the gacha banner. Luckily, during your first few hours in the game, you’ll be able to collect them by doing various activities. These would include completing main quests, solving treasure chest puzzles, or even just picking them up from drops.

Fight World Bosses

You will eventually come across world bosses as you adventure through Tower of Fantasy. However, defeating these monsters will require group effort, so make sure not to attempt it solo. While they take a lot of time and manpower to defeat, they will drop powerful SSR gear.
