Palworld: How to Build a Roof

Palworld has managed to become one of the most popular games on Steam in just a few days. The game has a lot of fun mechanics to play around with, one of them being building.

Building is a core mechanic of Palworld, allowing players to construct their own bases for themselves and the Pals they capture.

Building a roof might seem simple, but if you have tried to build one in Palworld, you’ll know that it isn’t as easy as it seems.

This guide will look at how you can build a roof for your structures in Palworld.

How to Build a Roof

Our guide will focus on making a slanted roof. You will need to cover your house from the inside by adding a ceiling on top. This will act as a base for your roof. You can do this by using the wooden roof component from the selection wheel. The selection wheel is shown above.

Next, you will start work on your slanted rooftop. For this, you have to make your way outside and work from there.

To make your house’s roof, you will first need to make your way up there. The best way to do this is by placing a slanted roof leading from the floor to the roof area. This is important because it’s very difficult to place the wooden slanted roof pieces correctly when on top.

You instead want to be in a similar position to the picture above. Repeat this for all the places you need to put your wooden slanted roof pieces.

After that is done, you can remove all the unnecessary wooden roofs that you used in your building process. To do this, you need to simply use the disassemble feature and disassemble all the pieces you don’t want.

Building a Base
