How to Move Your Base
To move your base you will need to move your Palbox. All players will have the ability to build a Palbox fairly quickly in their playthrough. Your Palbox is an essential part of the building mechanic in the game.
The Palbox acts as the focal point of your base. A lot of buildings in the game can not be built outside the radius of your Palbox.
Moving Your Palbox
To move your Palbox, you will need to disassemble it.
Doing this is very straightforward, and easy to do. To disassemble your Palbox you need to select the disassembly mode option from your building wheel. Selecting disassembly mode will allow you to disassemble any building.
After disassembling your Palbox, it will be back in your inventory and you can now place it in any location you like. It’s important to note that when you disassemble your Palbox, buildings that need to be close to the Palbox will automatically get destroyed.
Finding the Right Location for Your Base
So where should you move your base to?
Ideally, you will want your base in a wide open area. This will allow you to have more space to work with when building your base. A wide area might also positively impact the efficiency of your base.
