With so many items being available around the world, players will want to get their hands on everything they can. Unfortunately, your weight stat in Palworld will limit you from carrying too many items at the same time.
This guide will look at how you can increase your weight capacity, allowing you to carry more items.
Increasing Weight Capacity
The maximum weight you can carry in Palworld depends on your stat point allocation.

You can look at your character’s stats by opening up the menu. The stats will be displayed on the right side of the menu, indicated by the red arrow above.
Throughout your journey in Palworld, you will gain stat points along the way. Use these stat points to upgrade max weight capacity to carry more items.
The game also allows you to see what your current max weight is, and how much each item in your inventory weighs. This is indicated by the blue arrow above.
All items in Palworld carry their own weight value. Things like fruit will weigh much less than heavier materials like stone or wood. So adjust your inventory and carry items based on what you might need more.
Essential Items
Early on in the game, you will not have a very high max weight capacity. This makes it essential for you to pay more attention to what you need to carry with you.
The best way to manage inventory is to focus on carrying only the essentials. The rest you can store using wooden chests in the game.
Wooden chests are very helpful in Palworld, and you can get your hands on them fairly quickly. You can unlock the wooden chests from the technology tab. To get a wooden chest, you will need 15 pieces of wood and 15 pieces of stone. Both are readily available in the game.
