Several new Master Rank armor skills are included in the Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak expansion, giving hunters bonuses including better Attack Power, faster HP recovery, and more damage.
These armor skills can be acquired in various ways, some of which are more accessible than others depending on the game’s stage. The latter is the Dereliction Armor Skill, which can be used upon the defeat of the Gaismagorm Monster, the game’s last boss.
Dereliction Build Guide in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak
When using the Dereliction Armor Skill, introduced in the Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak expansion, Qurio can deplete Hunters’ health and increase their assaults.
Notably, when a Switch Skill Swap is utilized, numerous Qurio dramatically boost attacks and HP recovery.
You won’t die even though using this skill causes your HP to decrease by 1 HP each second continuously. Instead, if you don’t replenish your HP, it can take a few strikes to kill you, leaving you open to attacks.
Obtaining Dereliction Skill
Only after obtaining the Archfiend Armor Epine arms and Sceros leg pieces can you utilize the Dereliction Armor Skill.
You will score two dereliction points for the arms and one for the legs. There aren’t any Talismans associated with this talent, although this could change in the future due to content updates.
Additionally, you can use the following crafting materials to create the armor pieces:
Archfiend Armor Epine:
24 000 Zenny
x5 Abyssal Dragonscale
x2 Archdemon Backshell
x1 Archdemon Tailhook
x2 Garangolm Fist
Archfiend Armor Sceros:
24 000 Zenny
x2 Abyssal Dragonscale
x4 Archdemon Backshell
x2 Archdemon Piercetalon
x3 Consumption Parasite
A few other skills, such as Bloodlust, in which HP is depleted over time when afflicted with the Frenzy virus, go nicely with the Dereliction Armor Skill. After the Frenzy debuff wears off, you can still benefit from different enhancements like enhanced Attack and the recovery of lost HP.
Coalescence, which helps you briefly improve your attacks after recovering from various Status Effects like the Frenzy virus, will also work with this skill. Resentment, which also has the armor described earlier and boosts attacks after HP recovery up to a maximum of +25 Attack at max level, is a fantastic supplementary talent.
The Super Recovery Dango, which restores HP gradually and lessens the effects of the Dereliction Armor Skill, is an excellent choice for recovering health. This skill can be a great addition to a few weapon builds that deal a lot of damage, such as the Great Sword weapon, in the right hands.
