LEGO Star Wars Skywalker Saga: How to Break Silver Chains and Statues
Silver chains, statues, and blocks will become accessible in the game during the Master Codebreak-Out mission. This guide will show you how to break them.
These items will grant you rewards upon breaking them successfully. However, just like breaking gold blocks, you have to meet certain requirements before you can even interact with them. Let’s find out what those are.
How to Break Silver Chains, Statues, and Blocks in LEGO Star Wars Skywalker Saga
First and foremost, these items are only available during the Master Codebreak-Out mission so far. We haven’t come across any of them in other areas yet, but it’s most likely that the same requirements will apply to all of them.
To start, you’ll have to head over to Canto Bight which is located in Cantonica. You will arrive at the southernmost part of the area. You will need to travel all the way up north until you reach the “Interior” entrance.
Once inside, head over to the upper right section that says “Story Level”. All you have to do is to begin the Master Codebreak-Out mission to enter the prison. Once you’re inside the prison, head to the southeast room where the Minikit icon is located.
There, you will find a silver chain and a silver block which you have to break to loot their rewards. To break them, you have to switch to any Villain character. You’ll normally unlock a few of them as you progress through Episode seven.
After switching to a Villain character, simply get close to the silver chain until a prompt saying “Throw Grenade” appears. Simply press the hotkey so your character will throw a grenade. That will break the silver chain, allowing you to loot a handful of stuff.
It will also grant you access to the wheel which you can build a pipe on. Make sure you build the pipe on this wheel so you can turn it to open the container where the Minikit is located.
